What you’ll be doing
Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs on maritime navigation, including theoretical and practical components.Providing hands-on training in the use of navigation equipment and technology.Conducting assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.Mentoring and supporting trainees, providing guidance and feedback to help them succeed.Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure training programs are current and relevant.Collaborating with other trainers and industry professionals to develop new training materials and resources.What we’re looking for
