The Mission

• Full national sales operation across all projects
• Sales strategy design and execution per project
• End‑to‑end pipeline management – pricing, pace, and targets
• Broker networks, agency relationships, and internal sales team
• Off‑plan sales and pre‑sales target achievement
• Close coordination with marketing, management, and finance
• Direct reporting to senior management and board
