About the Role

The National Key Account Manager (NKAM) will be responsible for managing and growing strategic modern trade accounts in Malaysia, with a strong focus on key accounts. The role is responsible for driving sales growth, distribution expansion, trade execution, promotional effectiveness, and long-term customer partnerships across assigned accounts and categories aligned with Nabati’s product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Key Account Management

  • Manage national key accounts, with primary focus on and other assigned modern trade customers.
  • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) aligned with company sales and growth objectives.
  • Drive listing expansion, shelf visibility, promotional execution, and assortment optimization.
  • Maintain strong relationships with buyers, category managers, and key stakeholders across customer organizations.
