As a Mystery Shopper, you will assess service quality and provide detailed observations based on your experience.
Job Requirement
Committed throughout the duration of the project.
Proficient in Spoken & Written English.
Has an eye for detail and sharp observation skills.
Comfortable with playing out scenarios during mystery shop.
Must have excellent critical thinking skills to handle different possible scenarios on the spot.
Possess a positive work attitude and enjoys report writing.
Shopper must be willing to make purchases during some audits (which will be reimbursed later).
Shopper must be able to conduct audit during working hours where necessary.
Remuneration
You will be paid based on per audit.
