About the Role
Responsibilities
- Carry out mystery evaluation assignments across various sectors and markets.
- Observe and assess the on-site customer experience.
- Document observations and evaluations according to predefined criteria.
- Complete questionnaires for each mystery evaluation assignment performed.
- Work closely with the team to discuss findings and potential improvements.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid car driving licence
- Interest in market research and mystery shopping assignments
- Strong communication skills and good powers of observation
- Reliable and precise in task execution
- Basic computer skills
- Resident of Switzerland
