About the Role
Location: London wide (must live within 1 hour of Fulham, SW6) Type: CIS day rate contract Rate: depending on experience, plus company vehicle and fuel card
A growing property maintenance group in Fulham is looking for an experienced, reliable Multi-Trade Carpenter to join their maintenance division (roofing, restoration, damp).
This suits a practical, hands-on tradesperson with strong carpentry and general building maintenance skills who can work independently and take pride in the finish. You'll cover a wide range of repair, installation, refurbishment and minor construction work across residential and commercial properties in London.
What you'll be doing:
* First and second fix carpentry: skirting, architraves, doors, frames, timber trims
* Fitting and repairing kitchen units, cupboards, wardrobes, shelving and bespoke storage
* Repairing and replacing floorboards, timber flooring and structural timber
