Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer

Overview of Role

Location: Walthamstow, Greater London

Salary: £62,401 per annum

Hours: 42 hours per week

Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off – rotating days and nights (days one week, nights the following week)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Multi‑Skilled Shift Engineer to play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our bakery. This hands‑on position requires strong problem‑solving skills, flexibility, and a proactive approach to maintenance and continuous improvement.

Working across both day and night shifts, you will be responsible for maintaining plant equipment and site services, responding to breakdowns, and supporting site performance through reliability and efficiency improvements.
