Key Responsibilities

Technical Maintenance & Operations

• Perform planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and fabric maintenance
• Conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment to identify potential issues
• Respond promptly to building management system alarms and alerts
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems
