Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Join our dynamic team at New World Foods (part of Kepak Group) in York as a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer ! This full‑time, permanent role is all about ensuring our onsite equipment runs smoothly. As a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you'll collaborate across different departments, work closely with the production team, mentor an apprentice, and engage with a variety of suppliers.

This position will require a certain level of flexibility working across Monday – Friday with occasional weekends. Rotating shifts are: 6 am – 2 pm and 2 pm – 10 pm.

Main Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Electrical and Mechanical issues on production lines
• Repair electro‑mechanical PLC‑controlled equipment and manage pneumatic/hydraulic systems
• Provide technical support for plant facilities, including air, refrigeration, and steam systems
