Job Purpose
The Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the continuous operation, reliability, and efficiency of all production machinery, equipment, and site services. The role involves carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance activities, fault diagnosis, repairs, continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting compliance with health, safety, environmental, and food safety standards.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in minimising downtime, maximising equipment performance, and supporting production targets within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
