Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensure routine maintenance is carried out on all electrical and mechanical systems to meet expected service levels and agreed SLAs.
• Carry out reactive repairs on all systems as required, calling relevant sub‑contractors.
• Carry out all PPM maintenance according to the instruction set provided in Concept.
• Report PPM defects via the KPMG defect process and liaise with the supervisor of defect requirements.
• Keep weekly equipment reports updated with any change in status of equipment.
• Liaise with sub‑contractors for repairs and quotations, monitor performance, ensuring works are correct and the site is left satisfactory.
• Sign off completed PPM and reactive tasks via PDA in line with KPMG policies and procedures in a timely manner.
• Ensure a professional image of CBRE is presented to clients and visitors and deliver excellent customer service.
