Multi Discipline Inspector

Responsibilities

• Understand the requirements of Vendor/Manufacturer Quality System requirements
• Review and verify Manufacturer vendor documents as per Purchase Orders
• Ensure material specifications meet relevant codes and project specifications
• Carry out material receiving inspection of all permanent project material by the EPC contractor, witness verify and endorse procedure and welder qualification
• Review and approve inspection test plans
• Review and approve material certificates
• Monitor, inspect and approve all welding, including welding procedures and NDT works
• Monitor, review and approve all PWHT works
• Review all radiographs and NDT reports
• Sign the weld NDT log
• Inspect pressure vessels, heat exchangers, pressurised piping and structural works during fabrication
• Witness hydrostatic and pneumatic testing
