MTS/Principal Engineer, Wet Process Engineering, NAND Advance Node

MTS/Principal Engineer in Process Development for WET Process plays a critical role in advancing process development for NAND memory technology. This position is responsible for performing experiments, conducting material/chemical characterization, and providing support for process integration and fixing. As a key contributor, you collaborate with senior engineers and multi‑functional teams to establish process technology roadmaps and strategy, and deliver silicon‑based solutions for future memory product needs.
