MTS or Principal HIG-HBM Systems Engineer

The role of a High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) System Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc. is pivotal in introducing Micron’s HBM to customers. This position drives the utilization of HBM integrated with ground‑breaking 2.5D and 3D System-in-Package (SiP) solutions, encompassing a comprehensive approach to system‑level testing that includes electrical, software, and system validation perspectives. The incumbent develops innovative test algorithms, plans, and robust system testing infrastructure to ensure the highest standards of quality and performance, and leads efforts across teams to achieve a seamless product launch.
