MRICS Cost Manager (UK to US Relocation)

The organisation is a well-known global Owner’s Representative firm, seeking a commercially focused professional to support the delivery of high-end residential and retail projects across the US. This role offers the opportunity to work on design-led, high-value developments, with Caribbean projects managed out of the Miami office.

• Deliver full pre- and post-contract cost management services
• Prepare cost plans, estimates, budgets, and financial reports
