Role Purpose

To achieve or exceed set commission targets to build business relationships with developers, owners, and real estate companies and to comply with the related rules and regulations in ADIB and the government.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed commission targets set by management.
• Approach the developers/ owners for listing and projects briefing.
• Arrange the required pictures/ information for advertisement.
• Attending leads assist the potential buyers understand their needs and inquiries follow up to ensure closing the leads.
• Provide possessional customer service.
• Arrange the required documents for the MOU and commission invoice.
• Prepare the MOU along with the other documents and get it signed by all parties.
