Moving assistance and manual labor for a small flat relocation

Hi there, I’m planning a small move within Dublin and need a helper to assist with loading, carrying, and unloading a few boxes and a couple of heavy items. The furniture is fairly light, but I’d appreciate an extra pair of hands to avoid damage and scratches. I’m aiming to move from a ground-floor apartment to a first-floor flat tomorrow afternoon. Please have proper moving gloves, ability to lift around 20-25 kg, and a positive, careful approach. If you have a small trolley or dolly that would be great, but not essential. I’ll provide tea and can offer a competitive rate for about half a day of work.
