OVERVIEW

An established motorcycle retailer is seeking a customer-focused Motorcycle Service Advisor to join its busy aftersales team in Cheltenham. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor or strong customer service professional with a passion for motorcycles to work in a specialist dealership environment. The successful candidate will act as the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth, efficient and high-quality service experience.
