Mortgage Loan Officer

The Mortgage Loan officer will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of mortgage loan applications from submission to Settlement. The successful candidate will work closely with mortgage brokers, lenders, and other team members to provide excellent customer service, maintain a high level of accuracy, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review mortgage loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Request and obtain necessary documentation from applicants and third‑party vendors.
• Update loan processing systems and software to reflect accurate and up‑to‑date loan information.
• Communicate effectively with loan officers, lenders, and other team members regarding loan status, outstanding requirements, and other relevant information.
