Monitoring & Evaluation Officer and Reporting
The Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting Officer will be responsible for designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation systems, ensuring data quality, managing project databases, tracking project performance, and producing high‑quality reports in accordance with ACT International and donor (WFP) requirements. The position will support evidence‑based decision‑making, accountability, learning, and continuous improvement throughout project implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project monitoring and evaluation plans, frameworks, indicators, and data collection tools.
- Monitor project activities to ensure progress against planned targets, outputs, and outcomes.
