In the Philippines, CECI promotes the economic empowerment of women in key sectors such as the green economy, rural agriculture. By providing coaching and support, CECI strives to enhance the performance of partner organizations and foster an environment that encourages the inclusion and economic advancement of women and young women.

The primary partner organization (under contract) for this assignment is CONCERN Inc, but the volunteer will also support other partner organizations of the Volunteer Cooperation Program (VCP).
