Overview
Reporting directly to Director of People & Organization, Asia Pacific, this incumbent (based in HK) works as business partner with different departments & retail teams in regional markets, to implement HR projects and programs including manpower budget & forecast, talent acquisition, performance & talent management, disciplinary processes, employee communication & engagement, and other HR interventions as needed. The incumbent also provides continuous consultancy service that delivers best practice and commercially focused HR solutions to retail teams.
