Job Description

- Design, develop, and maintain injection molds for plastic automotive components
- Monitor mold performance and implement improvements to ensure product quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot molding issues and provide technical solutions
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet project deadlines 
Job Requirement

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in injection molding, specifically for automotive parts
- Proficient in mold design, setup, and plastic materials knowledge
- Conversational High level in English for reading, writing, and speaking with customers or suppliers when required 
- Strong problem-solving skills and a systematic approach to troubleshooting
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
