Mobile Soft Services Supervisor

ROLE: Soft Services SupervisorHOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pmLOCATION: Herts CLCH NHS - Watford - Langley HouseWith on occasion, supporting the Potters Barmunity HospitalWe're looking for a motivated Soft Services Supervisor who will support the delivery services for our Catering and Cleaning teams at Langley House.

Role Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with Clients and Internal teams,

Conduct Cleaning and Catering Audits for the site,

Monitor performance against SLA's and Cleaning specifications,

Schedule team rotas, sick and annual leave cover etc,

Ensure service delivery across the contracts aligns withpany policies and procedures (HR, QHSE, RTW, Vetting andpliance),

Manage employee wages and ensure Health & safetypliance

Required Qualifications:

Previous experience in Soft Services/ Catering / Operations,

Knowledge of ‘National Standards for Healthcare Food and Drink',
