Job Description

The Mobile Facilities Assistant plays a key role within the Facilities Management team, acting as a central point of contact for day-to-day facilities activities. You will support contractor management, compliance tasks and site administration, while working closely with colleagues and stakeholders. This is a varied, fast-moving role that requires strong organisation, clear communication and a flexible approach to site-based work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support contractor visits across multiple sites
  • Ensure security procedures are followed on site
  • Deliver inductions for staff and contractors, including H&S
  • Log and coordinate reactive and planned maintenance visits
  • Monitor compliance with HSEQ and environmental standards
  • Support statutory checks such as fire safety and water hygiene
