Mobile Cleaning Supervisor

Job Description We are looking for a proactive and organised supervisor who can effectively manage teams, ensure service excellence and maintain compliance across all locations. A company van is provided, and a full UK driving licence is required to support travel between sites. Key Responsibilities Support the contract management team in the delivery and ongoing development of service solution systems, identifying service improvement opportunities. Maintain a healthy, safe and secure environment, ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety legislation. Roster cleaning and facility placemakers to meet contractual requirements, including covering sickness and planned absences. Ensure audits, COSHH, Health & Safety documentation, SOPs and related records are completed, reviewed and kept up to date.
