ML & Data Insights Analyst — Forecasting & LLMs

Sovos is seeking a Data Analyst to apply ML and AI tooling to global support data, building forecasting models for staffing and utilization, and developing LLM‑powered classification pipelines. You will create visualizations and dashboards, translating model outputs into actionable business insights for leadership.
