Mixing Room Operative

We are currently working with a well-established food manufacturing business in the Bedale area who is looking to recruit a Mixing Room Operative to join their production team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced food production environment and takes pride in producing high-quality products. The Role As a Mixing Operative, you will be responsible for following recipes, operating machinery and accurately mixing and blending raw ingredients, spices and other food components in line with strict specifications and procedures. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain a clean, tidy and organised mixing room. Follow recipes accurately to ensure all mixes meet product specifications. Record batch codes and complete all relevant production paperwork. Ensure all batches are correctly labelled and fully traceable.
