Hauptaufgaben

* Researches critical item demands, reviews stock records for item substitutions, analyzes demand history, and initiates disposal actions for slow-moving or dormant inventory.

* Researches automated and manual transaction records to resolve physical count discrepancies, prepares adjustment documents, and compiles data for lost or damaged property reports.

* Inspects, verifies, and processes incoming supply shipments against purchase orders, resolves delivery discrepancies such as shortages or overages, and ensures proper warehouse bin storage.

* Reviews stock demand listings, inputs correction data into the automated tracking system, and investigates and corrects erroneous transaction records to prevent processing delays.
