Our Client, an AV Manufacturing company, is looking for a Mission Readiness Trainer – Service for their Austin, TX location.
Responsibilities:
Provide dedicated training support to new and experienced operators through classroom facilitation, demonstration, coaching, and feedback on day-to-day operating procedures Review daily performance feedback and address any training deficiencies escalated by on the job Mentors Grade hands-on assessments, including on-the-ground and simulated sessions, and provide feedback to Training Supervisor and team stakeholders. Conduct formal audits of operator performance for both new and experienced operators Assist with training material updates as needed and review new training material Work with Training Supervisors to identify areas of confusion or discrepancy in the training curriculum Fulfill an -hour minimum Service or Service Associate requirement per month...
