Job Title

Writing internal service repair orders for new cars and used cars, dispatching work to technicians, and subletting work if necessary

Essential Duties

• Prepare repair orders and estimates for internal Bert Ogden vehicles for service work.
• Utilizes Vehicle Reconditioning Software Rapid Recon and keeps updated with proper entries.
• Maintain Time to Line (TTL) under 5 days as reported in Rapid Recon.
• Follow the used car process from start to finish as established.
• Report discrepancies and delays on vehicles immediately.
• Provide daily status reports on all vehicles in process.
• Maintain individual RO's below 30 and ensure all receivables are collectable.
• Verifies warranty and recall status of vehicles.
• Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor, calculating customer's payment, including deductibles.
