MIS Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the organization’s Management Information Systems (MIS) infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
• Develop and implement data management strategies, including data collection, storage, and retrieval processes to support business needs.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MIS‑related issues, resolving problems efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze data requirements, translating them into actionable system improvements.
• Work extensively with Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP).
• Maintain dashboards and automated reports.
• Support ERP system data extraction and reporting.
• Coordinate with departments (sales, inventory, finance, purchasing) for data collection.
