Role Title: Mining Lawyer Location: Mumbai (On-site) Requirements: Key skills, qualifications, experience level, certifications, etc. Minimum Experience required – 15 years of post-qualification experience Mandatory qualification – LLB Mandatory requirement - Handling litigation and regulatory affairs pertaining to Mining (Iron, ore, coal, metal and major minerals) Job Description Litigation Effective handling of varied types of litigation, more specifically arising out of mines specifically Iron Ore, Coal, limestone, copper etc .
