About the Role
Candidates must have Grade 12 (passed) Minimum 2 years experience in milling environment Be able to work shifts Be able to work at heights and confined spaces Candidates will be tested through means of Psychometric assessment for technical and mathematical aptitude Important information Studies will be in the learners own time You will be obliged to adhere to and complete the required courses/subjects as per the training program within 2 years of enrolment; Passing each course/subject is critical to your success. Should you however fail a course/subject you will be given one (1) opportunity to rewrite such a course/subject. Failing to pass the re-write the company reserves the right to withhold further payment of the training program and completion will be for your own account; However, should you fail any course/subject and or not complete the training program, or completing within the given timeframe, the company reserves the right to remove you from the Training Programme; You will ...
