Mill Machinist

**What You’ll Do**

+ Set up & run DMG Mori (Siemens) and Roku-Roku/Robodrill (Fanuc) mills
+ Edit programs at the machine using G & M code
+ Machine very small, high-precision parts
+ Inspect using microscopes and precision tools
+ Hold tight tolerances (±0.0001–0.0002”)
+ Read blueprints and apply GD&T
+ Troubleshoot and improve machining processes

**Skills Needed**

+ CNC mill setup experience (production or job shop)
+ Fanuc and/or Siemens control experience
+ Strong blueprint reading + GD&T
+ Comfortable with micromachining and tight tolerances
+ Attention to detail and problem-solving

**Nice to Have**

+ DMG Mori or Roku-Roku experience
+ Microscopy/advanced inspection experience
