Milk Production Manager

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Plan and organise production schedules; assess project and resource requirements; estimate budgets and timelines; and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrate core experience in UHT processing and beverages production.
• Analyse and investigate production issues and propose process improvements to enhance quality and capacity.
• Prepare and maintain daily production reports.
• Plan production schedules based on the sales forecast.
• Implement and control the production schedule with maximum efficiency and minimum losses.
• Support the production team with daily troubleshooting as required.
• Oversee the production team to manage, execute, and report day-to-day production activities.
