About the Role
**Job Description**
The Military Sourcing Lead will build, influence, and execute Aramark?s military sourcing strategy across priority roles and lines of business. This role is responsible for developing qualified military talent pipelines, converting military-connected relationships into pipeline-ready candidates, and partnering closely with Field Talent Acquisition, hiring leaders, Global Inclusion, Employer Brand, and the Salute ERG to move talent from outreach to hire. A successful candidate will bring strong military sourcing or recruiting experience, business acumen, and the ability to translate military skills into civilian role requirements, candidate engagement strategies, hiring team guidance, and measurable hiring outcomes. This is a hybrid role in our Philadelphia Headquarters location.
