**Job Description**
We are seeking skilled MIG Welders proficient in using .035 hard wire to join our team. You will work with mild steel, ranging from 1/8 to 1/2 in thickness, with special projects requiring up to 1 thick steel. This role requires expertise in reading and understanding blueprints, knowledge of welding symbols, and the ability to set up welding machines independently. The ideal candidate will have experience in fitting parts using fixtures, ensuring welds are clean, smooth, and free of sharp edges.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform MIG welding using .035 hard wire on mild steel of varying thickness.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
+ Set up and operate welding machines, including configuring amp and volt settings.
+ Fit-up parts using fixtures to ensure accuracy.
