Middle Management Position – Operations (HSE & Excellence)

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of HSE policy and procedure during all operational/maintenance/development activities within all operation locations for safe and smooth operations
• Coordinate with relevant facility staff for timely and efficient closure of HSE audit observations
• Evaluate, identify, prioritize and facilitate the resolution of potential hazards, non‑compliance and HSE‑related risks in order to enhance facility’s compliance
• Conduct periodic inspections of facility to identify and resolve any potential hazard to safeguard people, plant and process
• Coordinate budgeting for upkeep of facility’s firefighting network and overall HSE
