Mid-Level Supervisor | $32–$40/hr | Northern California | Full-Time CCBS is a clinician-owned ABA agency serving children with developmental differences across Northern California. We take a modern ABA approach using naturalistic teaching, person-centered care, and neurodiversity-affirming practices. The mid-level supervisor role is designed for master's students and recent graduates on the path to BCBA certification. You'll carry real clinical responsibility while building the supervised hours and hands‐on experience that prepare you for the exam and for independent practice.
