Job Description:

Provides direct support to internal customers and indirect support to external customers by managing key aspects of the fermentation process. This includes preparing cultures and inoculums, monitoring critical parameters, and ensuring all tasks are performed under sterile conditions.

The successful candidate must be able to work a 12-hour rotating shift.**
