Metal Fabricator Shop Foreman

Dynamic Steel Technology, INC is currently seeking an experienced Fabricator/Installer to join our team. This full-time position offers competitive compensation of $30-$35 per hour , with opportunities for overtime (40+ hours a week). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in steel fabrication and installation and will be proficient in reading shop drawings, layout, and various welding techniques.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and shop specifications to plan fabrication and installation sequences.
• Lay out cutting and bending lines on metal stock to ensure accurate dimensions and specifications are met.
• Fabricate and assemble steel components and structures using a variety of tools and machinery, including shears, saws, presses, and grinders.
