Meta Ads Specialist

We're looking for a Meta Ads Specialist who doesn't just run ads - someone who owns the funnel, tests obsessively, and scales what works.

What you'll do

• Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook & Instagram for our D2C beauty brands
• Build full-funnel campaign structures - Awareness (TOF), Consideration (MOF), and Conversion (BOF)
• Set up and manage Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns and Advantage+ Audiences
• Create and manage Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) with catalog and product feed optimization
• Set up Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and custom events for accurate conversion tracking
• Build Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and Interest & Behavioral targeting segments
