Your tasks
- Analysis and documentation of the production processes in the affected plants trough the ERP system
- Recognizing the interrelationships of production processes in a plant
- Definition of a uniform process together with the plants as a basis for the specification management of projects/project management
- Elaboration of the specification together with all process participants.
This includes internal departments such as production, quality and PI as well as external service providers
- Specification of the hardware required for implementation
- Implementation of the functions within the framework of a defined worldwide standard
- Testing of the ordered functions in the test system.
After a successful test, the functions are released and transferred to the Live Systems
- Training of employees or trainers in MES
- Trouble shooting during the introductory phase
