MEP Technician

Job Overview

The MEP Technician is responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within the hotel to ensure uninterrupted guest services and safe hotel operations. This includes HVAC systems, electrical equipment, plumbing networks, firefighting systems, pumps, generators, and building management systems (BMS).

Qualifications
  • ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related field.
  • Experience in hotel engineering or MEP maintenance.
  • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and building maintenance.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance manuals.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and emergency call‑outs.
