MEP Superintendent

Clear Recruitment are looking for a MEP Superintendent to work on a Data Center on contract basis for a leading AI Start up business.

This roll will be based in Buffalo - New York and the client are expecting the MEP Superintendent to based on site full time.

Role Scope

• Be the boots-on-the-ground leader executing large-scale, mission-critical construction from groundbreaking through commissioning and handoff.
• Own daily site operations, coordinating trades, subcontractors, GC relationships, and union representatives simultaneously.
• Enforce safety and quality standards and drive schedules to aggressive delivery milestones.
• Read and interpret complex structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings, specs, and RFIs, and resolve field issues fast.
• Manage on-site logistics, materials, and equipment coordination.
