Summary

Responsible for preparation of full estimates on large and complex projects as per received documents and provides complete conceptual and total bid price.

Responsibilities

• Review scope of work drawings, specifications, etc. upon receipt of tender documents.
• Prepare tender queries for missing documents/doubts.
• Participate in pre‑tender and post‑tender meetings with clients and consultants.
• Attend pre‑tender and post‑tender meetings and carry out site surveys.
• Coordinate and review the quantities received from Bond International India Office.
• Generate BOQs against drawings.
• Estimate man‑hours, duration and resources required for variation activities.
• Prepare commercial and technical bid proposals.
• Prepare final contract BOQ after discussion with department manager based on agreed contract value.
