An excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing MEP projects division, supporting a strong pipeline of long-term local work. You’ll work alongside an experiencedmercial team, taking ownership of themercial delivery across multiple live projects.
This role offers real scope to develop, with ongoing training and exposure across the full project lifecycle.

Your new role

Manage themercial performance of multiple live MEP projects alongside the Contracts team

Prepare and submit monthly valuations, maintaining accurate trackers and records

Set up and manage variation registers, supporting pricing, submissions and client queries

Issue and track contractual notifications in line with JCT / NEC requirements

Assist with subcontractor procurement, order preparation and supply chain coordination

Support monthly reporting, including cost/value reconciliations and forecasting
