About the Role

This Sunderland school believes that emotional wellbeing is the foundation for learning. With a strong focus on mental health, regulation and positive relationships, they’re now looking for a Mental Health Support Worker who can help pupils navigate challenges and rebuild confidence.

Your role will include



  • Providing 1:1 and small group mental health support


  • Helping pupils regulate emotions and manage anxiety


  • Supporting pupils to re-engage with learning and routines


  • Working closely with pastoral staff, SEN teams and teachers
