Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of members in day-to-day operations
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback
• Assist in scheduling shifts and managing workforce allocations
• Facilitate training and development programs for team members
